American College of Sports Medicine.

  1. I love Camille! I have been doing her ZUMBA class for over a year off and on.
    I have zero dance experience and harldy any coordination but Can still "keep up" with Camille. I may look silly while doing it but my heart rate goes up, I'm sweating and burning calories.
    I have tried the ZUMBA class at 24 hour fitness and a few others around town and I just can't keep up or move the way the instructor does. Camille takes time to go over the moves slowly in the warm-up and gives you instruction and cues as you go.
    As Camille says, "if you are having fun, you are doing it right"
